The JHJC Bet Sefer kiddos are bringing it back home and packaging and selling their famous Mountain Chai Chanukah Gelt crafted by world-famous chocolatier Oscar Ortega.
They named it Mountain Chai Chanukah gelt. “Mountain” to honor and celebrate our holy, high-elevation valley we call home. And Chai, the Hebrew word for “life” to honor the joyous life we live in this place.
These 13 coins handcrafted 65% Single Origin dark chocolate, gold dusted coins, are a unique gift from Jackson Hole to celebrate Chanukah and the holiday season.
All proceeds for Mountain Chai Chanukah go to the Jackson Hole Jewish Community education efforts as well as one local and one global food-based nonprofit (chosen by kids).
Pick up for gelt is from 5-6 pm Thurs, Dec. 15 at the JHJC or at our annual Chanukah Party on Dec. 23 (details HERE).
