Through art activities, songs, stories and Hebrew vocabulary, the J-Play curriculum blends learning and fun for both children and parents. Activities include incorporating Hebrew words with the goals of familiarity and engagement, rather than strict retention. Each session explores a different theme that may relate to an upcoming Jewish holiday, the weekly Torah portion, or a secular topic such as the seasons, animals or colors. Check the News section for current postings on weekly curriculum, Hebrew vocabulary and planned activities.
Students must be accompanied by a parent and parent participation is encouraged. Snacks and supplies are provided. J-Play is currently not in session. Please check our calendar on the homepage for updates.
