2 – 3 p.m. Workshop: You are invited to a special Yom Kippur Gentle Yoga Class with Carol Mann at Inversion Yoga Studio, a quick walk from St. John’s. The hour-long class will include a heart-centered meditation, breathing exercises for relaxation and some gentle stretching, which we’ll do either seated or lying down. Street clothes are fine, just shoes and socks off. No yoga experience is required. Mats will be provided. At the end of the hour, we can all walk back to St. John’s for Yizkor Services.
